Care & Maintenance:

With consistent care you can extend the life of your board. To clean and sanitize your Japanese board, wash all surfaces immediately after use with a mild dish soap and warm water and allow it to air dry. At least once a month, with a soft cloth, apply an even coat of tongue oil to preserve the original look. Do not put your Japanese Board in the dishwasher, soak it in water as it can cause the wood to go rancid.
